Rockwood Tigers Football – 2025 Season

Team History and Awards

Rockwood High School, located at 512 West Rockwood St in Rockwood, Tennessee, fields athletic teams known as the Tigers, sporting green and white colors. As part of the Roane County School System, Rockwood has an enrollment of approximately 364 students and competes in TSSAA Division I Class 1A, Region 2.

The Tigers’ varsity football program has built a remarkable tradition of consistency and competitive excellence. Most notably, Rockwood has achieved an impressive streak of 16 consecutive playoff appearances as of the 2025 season, with their last missed postseason occurring in 2008. This sustained success demonstrates the program’s commitment to excellence and its ability to compete at a high level year after year. While the Tigers have not yet captured a state championship, their consistent playoff presence makes them one of the most reliable programs in East Tennessee. The team’s physical, hard-nosed style of play has become their signature, embodying a “winning tradition” that has been the program’s foundation for many years.

At OEB Law, we believe that when we win, the community wins. Over the years, more than $500,000 from our victories in court has gone directly back into our neighborhoods, supporting kids through high school sports sponsorships. Sports and education are two of the strongest tools we have to combat the challenges facing our communities, and we are proud to stand behind both. By helping kids succeed on the field and in the classroom, we’re building a brighter future together. At the end of the day, OEB Law isn’t just about justice in the courtroom, we’re about strengthening the community we call home.
